Rosé Sangria

Recipe: Rosé Sangria

An ice-cold, fruit-filled sangria makes for a delicious treat on a hot summer day. After drinking the bubbly wine, you get to savor the wine-infused fruit as well. If you want to create a kid-friendly sangria, just substitute white grape juice for the wine. Lemons, oranges, and strawberries are all excellent sources of vitamin C, which can help protect skin from sunburn and skin aging.

Ingredients:

1 lemon, sliced
1 orange, sliced
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1 granny smith apple, sliced
1 750 mL bottle rosé wine (or 3 cups white grape juice for non-alcoholic version)
1 cup seltzer or sparkling water

Instructions:

In a large pitcher, combine lemon slices, orange slices, strawberry slices, apple slices, and rosé and chill overnight. Add seltzer just before serving.
